This is the whole deal. No fine print lives anywhere else, and if anything here ever changes for the worse, existing commitments keep their original terms.
You keep 75% of every sale. Our 25% covers rent, staffing, insurance, and the opening events. You set your own prices — we'll share what similar work sells for locally if you want a second opinion, but the number is yours.
There are none. No membership dues, no application fee, no wall fee, no buy-in, no "hanging fee." Joining costs nothing; showing costs nothing. If your work doesn't sell, you take it home and owe nothing.
Honestly scoped: a feature on our website and social channels, inclusion in the opening-week email to our community list, printed signage with your name and story in the gallery, and a modest paid local promotion budget for each featured artist. We will not promise galas or press coverage we can't guarantee.
We're new. The space is being finalized in downtown Ann Arbor and will be announced in August. Founding artists are taking a small leap with us — that's exactly why the terms are tilted your way, and why they'll stay that way for everyone who joins before the doors open.
